DP-Plus 1200 Advantages:
 

1- DP.Plus1200 is designed and manufactured as new economic model of industrial large character inkjet printer.

2- DP.Plus1200 can run stably, and have anti-interference ability strongly.

3- DP.Plus1200 machine is refined in sealing performance, comes with the air source, especially suitable for on-site environment is poor, heavy dust occasions.

4-The single message can include 100 characters.

5- It can save 10 message files; and can print not only numeric digits, letters, and some symbols, but also the variable data such as time, date, shift, count, etc.

6- DP.Plus1200 can be set the print dot size, char’s width, char’s inverse, char’s reverse, char’s string reverse, and print delay; It can operate on the keypad, it is easy to input the message for saving the customer operation time.

1. Ability to print 2 lines with 16 dots print head or print on 2 separate lines with 7 dots print head , with the same control unit, each line have its own message to print.

Easy Operation, Convenience Installation

• Integrated user interface, has a simple design of the keyboard and LCD display.
• Built-in pump  design,  simple  and  convenient,  and  flexible to  choose  the  in- stalled location of production lines.
• The host is optional of wall-mounted installation or using host bracket.
• The disposable ink bottle to avoid ink leaking or stain.
• Print head can be flexibly adjusted for printing in any direction.

Reliable Function

• Reliable electromagnetic valve   technology to ensure the stability of the equipment, long time-running.
• 150μ nozzle aperture design to avoid blocking and easy to maintain.  Also there are 250 μ Nozzle .
• Per  liter of  ink  is enough to print about 800,000 characters  with 7 dot  matrix , to fully ensure continued coding.
• The size of the dots are adjustable for different materials to provide the best quality of printing.
• The DP Series large character inkjet printer in accordance with the number of nozzle dot matrix is divided into DP1200-7-1 and DP1200-7-2.
